My wife Lisa and I started Beneduce Realty to give you, the consumer, what we think is a better alternative to the "Big Agencies".  First of all, we put our name on our company so that you know who to contact if you have a question, concern or to praise. 

Secondly, we require our agents to give all customers my direct contact information so you can always get in touch with me, if you so desire.  We recognize and appreciate the fact that our customers are our most important asset - and we'll work diligently to show you!

Finally, you'll find we do things differently than most - contact us to find out what.  

I will tell you we NEVER charge a "Processing & Handling" fee (what is that anyway?) and we ALWAYS offer Cancel-Anytime Listing agreements because one of our core goals is to create a Lifetime Relationship with you and we want you to be comfortable with us representing you and your property.

As for my education, I received my AA from Miami-Dade Community College in Business Administration and my BA from Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!) in Business Administration with a Major in Computer Systems.  I am also an e-PRO Internet Professional - the only technical designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors!
